SETCO Solid Tire is located on a 100-acre facility positioned in the central part of the U.S. with a network of distribution and support that guarantees reliability and quality to all of our European customers. SETCO manufactures, from the ground up, solid tyres or non-pneumatic tyres, for all makes and models of equipment used in off the road applications and abusive environments where only a solid tyre will work. Applications such as solid skid steer tyres, solid forklift tyres, crane tyres, haul truck tyres, front end loader solid tyres, and solid tyres for backhoes. SETCO also manufactures rubber cutting edges.
SETCO’s in-house machining and fabrication department is the beginning of SETCO’s solid tyre manufacturing process. Only the finest materials and state of the art equipment are used in creating the industry leading solid tyres on rims. SETCO has the ability to custom design solid tyres for any application. The dimensions of SETCO solid tyres can easily be adjusted to fit any individual needs such as height and width of the solid tyre. SETCO’s exclusive rubber compound maximizes cut resistance and longevity in all solid tyre products.

Skid Steer Tyres
By the very name, the nature of this machine is to skid. Which is extremely hard on tyres. Skid steer tyres are used in all types of applications from scrap yards and trash transfer facilities, to recycling stations of glass, steel, paper & plastics and in the demolition arena.

SETCO solid rubber tyres and rims on a material handler will provide the durability and puncture resistance required to survive in a scrap yard environment. SETCO crane tyres on smaller cranes, with dual tyres, can achieve up to 20,000 hours of operation.

Expanded Rim Tyres
Just like all SETCO tyres, our Expanded Rim assemblies are proudly manufactured in Idabel, Ok using the highest quality rubber compounds available. These compounds are blended in our state-of-the-art rubber mixing plant, producing tyres unique to perform in the most demanding applications that deliver maximum performance and longevity. This rubber is then bonded, using our proprietary, interlock system, to a heavy duty rim, five times stronger than traditional OE style wheels.

SETCO’s expanded rim material handler line offers superior durability, extreme traction, and proven performance. This lineup offers more load capacity and reliability when compared to the competition. Our expanded rim lineup offers more sizes than any other manufacturer in the industry, particularly known for our super single size options. Our super single material handler tyres replace conventional tyres in a dual application. By doubling the tyre width, load capacity is increased and the void between tyres is elimanted. This diminishes the ability to lodge debris between tyres that will chunk out tread and break wheels. These custom sizes allow you to maximize performance while lowering your overall cost per hour!
